About 3R

3R is a multi-faceted venture in Science and Technology Consulting, offering a range of engineering and planning solutions.

We are oriented to the academic and technological world in the state of the art, supporting universities, institutes and research centers.

Our team consists of engineers, economists, IT professionals, environmental specialists and project managers. Our collaborators are located in several countries around the world, covering Europe and Latin America.

Our highly skilled and qualified workforce is involved in both public and privately funded projects.

Why consulting?

Currently, developing countries in Latin America have initiated a race for improvement in science and technology, considering that the gaps with developed countries are widening. Thus, their academic centers and industries turn their eyes to learning by innovation and technology transfer, being 3R the bridge of this action

Consulting defines whether a project is successful or unsuccessful

Every project requires, in order to be successful, the application of a series of principles and good practices.

Science and engineering consulting projects are no exception, especially if their development involves significant investments, so the cost and time associated with decisions made in the initial stages can be magnified later

Understanding the Client's Needs

The consultant has the responsibility to make the client’s objectives feasible, supplying a need, solving a problem or maximizing the profitability of an investment. To do so, he must make sure to understand very well what the client demands, prospecting his doubts, to help him define his problem and solve it, the time it will take and its cost. This requires a gradual process, where the consultant must allow the client to conceptually define the inputs that will allow answering the questions
